Outlook Edition

1. It is not clear to me from your website whether or not Free users can use Outlook Edition just by paying the $3 per month, or do they first have to upgrade to a paid ($12/month) account, and then add on the $3/month Outlook edition. Please clarify what features are available with each subscription.

2. Is there an option to specify my own SMTP server to send out mass e-mails?
