Outlook Exchange subfolders sync issue & ZohoMail SuiteSync EU 64bit problems

Hello guys,

 I would like to ask for another help with an issue. In Outlook (2016 at one computer and 2019 on another one) I am facing an issue with syncing subfolders (like folders "emails from family". "business partners" etc). It happens only with Activesync, IMAP syncs correctly (because I wanna use a Calendar and Contants, IMAP is useless for me).

 And second issue is with plugin for Outlook (2016 - I see 2019 is still not supported). If the only way for me to go (to solve the first issue with syncing subfolders) - I simply can't log in. I tried both passwords (1 when I log into zoho webmail and evend 2nd one for 2FA apps) - it keeps saying I have wrong login or password, which is not possible :) I am including a log here.
