Hey guys
Seems like this is an on-going issue with using Outlook via IMAP to connect to your services.
Can you advise how we might fix of resolve these issues ?
I know you advise "only a few users" and suggest webmail as a solution, trouble is that it seems to be a lot more than "a few" and since when is webmail a solution to regular everyday business emails ?
Any chance you can -
1. Advise when it might be fix?
2. Please don't provide a 'copy & paste' answer.
