Hi, my client has Outlook running. She is trying to delete emails and also move other emails to folders. Whenever she does, Outlook is give the error:
The folder in inbox cannot be selected. Either this is a limitation of your IMAP server or Ibox has been moved.
Is this an issue with the IMAP prefix?
How can I resolve this?
