Outlook Integration Feedback & Suggestions from a new user

Hi - In general very impressed thus far playing with Zoho CRM. However, a couple of urgent requests:

** Respect the PRIVATE toggle in Outlook records.
Because I have all my personal and business contacts in outlook, I dont want these uploaded to Zoho for other users to see. I can seperate my business contacts into a seperate Contacts folder in Outlook, but then I cant sync effectively with my mobile phone or Blackberry from Outlook - so I then have the problem of duplicate records. Please give the option to ignore PRIVATE marked items in Outlook.

** Map CATEGORIES in Outlook to a field in Zoho which already exists.
This would be very easy to do and would be very useful. It could be mapped to ACCOUNT TYPE and/or INDUSTRY
