Outlook integration suggestions

Dear developers,

First of all, thank you for adding category sync to the latest Outlook plug in version. A great help.

However, in my humble opinion, the plug-in requires some critical functionalities if Zoho ever wants to become a serious presence in the business/corporate environment.

These observations are based upon my evaluation of Zoho and the Outlook plug-in (version 6.2.4) for my company (15 people).

NEED to have:

1. Ability to sync any Account or Contact of which I'm not the 'Owner'. Various team members need to be able to have/share identical contact information within their own Outlook.

2. When Point 1 becomes possible, then Zoho CRM must record the original Outlook categories which are linked to a Contact. Reason: so that all team members have the same segmentation of their Zoho contacts within Outlook. As this moment, such category information is not recorded in Zoho CRM and hence can not be passed on to the next team member when he/she is syncing

4. Respect/ignore 'private' settings (Contacts, Tasks, Calender)

5. Increase the maximum size of attachments (now max 1 mb)

NICE to have:

6. Ability to create automated syncing with Contacts:
6.1 Every time a new contact is made whose category is relevant
6.2 Every time an existing contact is altered and whose category is relevant
6.3 OR via a scheduler (every time I start-up Outlook, for example)

7. Ability to create automated syncing with E-Mail. A setting which states that every received AND sent e-mail to a contact is automatically synced to Zoho

8. Make the Plug-in more user efficient (a)
To be able to sync Contacts/Tasks/Calendar anywhere within Outlook. In other words, no need to be within the proper folder. At the moment, an error message is created if I'm not in the proper folder:
"For synchronizing contact, please select the contact folder as mentioned in the Zoho CRM preference". Why have a stated preference if I then have to again select the proper folder?

9. Make the Plug-in more user efficient (b)
'View changes' when syncing contacts: make it possible to sort the presented list in various ways (Full name, company, ...). It helps enormously to determine if I want a certain change or not.
