outlook keeps asking for password

I am trying to sync my email to different computers using outlook (a different email per computer) and I keep running into the same issue: outlook cannot connect to zoho. If i require authentication then it will repeatedly ask me for my password. Here are the settings I have tried:

imap.zoho.com/smtp.zoho.com using ports 993 and 465 respectively with ssl enabled 

pop.zoho.com/smtp.zoho.com using ports 995 and 465 respectively with ssl enabled

I have tried the above settings with authentication required using the same settings as my incoming mail, log on using user/password, and not requiring authentication. 

If I do not require authentication it still will not connect. Help?
