I have the Outlook plugin set up so that calendar and emails are sync'd automatically to zoho. My problem is that every email in my inbox shows as "Read" even if I haven't read it yet. I'm missing important emails because of this. How can I stop this from happening? I don't use zoho to organise / send / receive emails but I'd like to keep email threads with each relevant contact for reference.
