Outlook plug-in: what is the status?

Dear Zoho developers,

Back in June, I posted several 'need to have' features regarding the outlook plug-in. The most important one shown here below, including your reply.

What is now the implementation status of this very important feature? Thanks! Maarten

1. Ability to sync any Account or Contact of which I'm not the 'Owner'. Various team members need to be able to have/share identical contact information within their own Outlook.

your reply in June:
As of now the contact sync is based on own records. Already we are working integrate the Role based security in our Zoho CRM - Outlook plug-in. It covers the above case.
