Our user base has requested the Outlook Plugin for CRM. I am trying to determine how the plug-in communicates from the client install to the Zoho servers so that I ensure that it is being done securely. I am guessing it is using web services over SSL, is anyone able to confirm this please also how does it authenticate to the servers?
