Outlook Plug In - Username and Password not recognised
I have been exploring and using both Project and CRM tools.
I initially installed Outlook plug in as the trial but did not get it to work
as it was just part of my testing this was not part of workflow so i didn't chase this. However colleagues are now added as users and we plan to integrate CRM and Projects to production workflow.
So i install latest plug in, pay for upgrade to Professional, enable users and restart machine and outlook. Log in to CRM toolbar and ....
username or password not recognised. Tried multiple times, checked email and username used, checked password. typed them REAL carefully several times. Reset CRM password online and tried again... same message Username or password not recognised. I am using the correct password for Zoho online. it works for all other products.
But when trying to log into the plug in i get the same error.
OS is Vista Ultimate, browsers firefox and Chrome (not all functions work in Chrome but its about 3 times faster when run as a Gears app) and i am using Outlook 2007.
Help please. i will update an online CRM and use tasks but unless calendar sync and tasks work in Outlook for my colleagues we will unsubscribe from a system we cant integrate for ALL the team.
