Outlook Plugin

Hi, I have some issues with the Outlook Plugin. When I sync contacts, it shows me this message: "Error while deleting contacts in outlook". Every time I sync contacts, it adds in my Outlook the same new contacts as the last time and I have 2 or more Outlook contacts for every new Zoho contact. It seems like it doesn't sync good.
