Outlook PLugin

I am paying $3/mo for the outlook plugin and it doesn't add attachments unless they are less than 1MB. This really sucks and almost makes zoho crm pointless for me especially since we also pay for additional storage. What's worse is that it just gives up adding emails as a lead if there is an attachment -- please tell me there is a way around this.
