Outlook plugin and Users interation

Hi, I would like to know how we can buy the Outlook Plugin for the ZohoCRM.

We would also like to know how the ZohoCRM can manage the users interation. I mean: in our company we are 7/8 people and we would like to create events that can be assigned to more than 1 user. We're trying to do this for 2 users, but it seems like it's not possible... Could you help us?
