Outlook plugin error message - not working

Hello

I upgrade to the latest version of the Outlook plugin recently with the new contact lookup field. I have now tried 3 different messages to add to 3 different contacts and always got an 'error while trying to upload to Zoho CRM' message.

Can you advise how to resolve this problem?
