Outlook plugin failing to attach emails to leads (from outlook)

Outlook plugin failing to attach emails to leads (from outlook)

Hi
 
My plugin states that an email was successfully added, yet it does not appear in the lead. There is only 1 lead with the same name & email address, so I doubt it would be incorrectly matched on the CRM.
