Outlook Plugin for CRM - PROS & CONS?
I'm trying to figure out if the Outlook Plugin is worth it. Please add your insights based on experience.
PROS
1. All data/communications in one place (CRM)
2. All activity for one Contact is linked to one Contact (unless more than 1 Contact was on email distribution)
CONS
1. Not possible to filter which emails go to CRM vs. stay in Outlook - it's all or nothing if plugin is installed
2. If more than one Contact gets sent an email, only one Contact shows email in their history
