I just downloaded Zoho CRM today along with the Outlook plugin.  There are a few things I'm trying to do that I'm not able to:

 

1) Is there a way to link multiple past email messages to a contact, or does it need to be done one at a time? 

 

2) Does the secondary email field apply only to the Zoho Mail app and not the Outlook plugin?  I've tried linking an email to a contact from his secondary email address, but I receive a message saying there are no matching records.

 

3) If the secondary email address only works with the Zoho Mail app, does that mean I need to purchase both the Outlook plugin and the Zoho Mail app?

 

4) Is there any way to link an email to a contact record that isn't from the contact directly?  For example, if I'm working with a vendor to help with the client, is there a way to attach the emails from that vendor to the client's record?
