Outlook receiving the same email multiple times

Outlook receiving the same email multiple times

Hello,

I am using POP in outlook for my Zoho Mail account and every time I receive an email, I get it 5 times.   Also, I had deleted all my ZOHO mail and spam and now I am receiving emails into outlook from  January of this year.  Can you please help?
