Sent Items from App and Webmail ending up in Outlook Inbox
Hello!
We are using Outlook 2016 on Windows 10 Professional.
When a user sets up an out of office reply via the webmail access, or sends an email via the zoho app, those sent messages get sorted by the rule that sorts emails sent by him into a folder.
He has this rule setup so he can reply all to a group he belongs to, and those certain replies get sent to the folder.
Typically Outlook only runs these on the Inbox, but when these messages are sent, either they are coming into the Outlook Inbox, or in a different way that Outlook is sorting them. Any help appreciated.
