Haven't  used Zoho in a while, but will be using it full-on starting now.  Just installed the Outlook plug-in and came across an issue that's just gotta be me!

 

I had a lead that I'm now in the negotiation/proposal process with so I converted from Lead to Prospect. When I tried to synch our ongoing emails from Outlook, I found out that I can't???  I can only synch emails with contacts or leads???  If that's correct, then how is that useful?  Or am I just using the system improperly?
