outlook synching fails

I've deleted and deleted a few contacts from Outlook a number of times but every time I synch with Zoho the contacts are there again.

Should I mention the stack of errors in parsing from Zoho? I'm really hoping that the next v. of the synching tool is a lot friendlier to busy people.
