Outside email server won't recognize user name and/or password.

Outside email server won't recognize user name and/or password.

 I am using the email system on my mac, and my basic Zoho account works well now. Using all the exact information that Zoho settings gives me, I still have no email working. It keeps asking me to verify the username and password. Exact same details are in Zoho and they work fine. Anyone have a solution?
