Overall Slow Connection

Our business doesn't use the email services that Zoho provides. However we do use the CRM quite extensively and recently we've been noticing an extreme slow down in overall connection speeds. Is there any particular cause of this and is this issue being addressed? We feel that it shouldn't take 15-20 seconds of loading time for every click on every link within the CRM.
