Overtime and Deviation Time carring over the next month

Overtime and Deviation Time carring over the next month

Hi,
Our Employees can decide their own to do some Overtime or Deviation time in a month, and they just need balance Overtime or Deviation time in one of the next months. We don't pay Overtime in the end of the month and we don't reduce their salary in case of Deviation time, because the Employees have to balance in their own behaviour to be in the range of expected hours again within the upcoming months.
At the moment, it looks that this is not possible in People, to carry over the amount of Overtime and Deviation time automatically.
The way we handle Overtime is very common in Switzerland and your Swiss customers normally would need this possibility. Can you please let me know if we are the only current customer how works like this? Or are you planing to integrate this feature in order to carry over the Overview and Deviation Time automatically?
