Something like:
You get an idea for a possible customer,
you put them in leads

you call them up

You promote them to accounts and contacts, 

you strike a deal with them, 

you put the details in <this> area
etc....

The problem I have is that my sales guy says "it's all wrong, accounts are only for people you actually do business with" but the tutorials I've seen say that's a common misconception, because of the word "accounts".

I'm trying to find some simple overview that I can show him to prove that using zoho the way it's designed is best?
