We have about 30 users who all have the channels/email/email configuration/IMAP integration/O365 enabled and emails are synchronized.
Here my problem:
Passwords for the email accounts are expiring on individual bases and most of the users forget to update the password used for the crm email sync.
As the admin and maintainer, I always have to check and track down the users with a broken sync. I have to do this manually since Zoho does not offer an admin overview on the individual mailbox status.
Either on the "Email Sharing" or on the "Zoho Mail Add-on Users" page a status flag should be added showing "active sync = valid credentials" or "sync broken"
The “configuration type” on “Email sharing” is misleading, it does not reflect the current status, but only a historic state (profile was created).
