Overwritten Leads Not Updating...
I recently exported all of my leads from zoho and then updated them in excel and reuploaded them with the option to overwrite. Everything went smooth and it said that all 3000 leads were updated correctly. The problem is that when I go to my Leads tab and look at "All Open Leads", none of the leads are updated. Even stranger is that if I export my leads from zoho they are updated. Is there some kind of time delay or something? Why are my leads not updating within the zoho UI?
