Owner Mapping Does Not Work When Importing from Excel/CSV

I have been uploading accounts and contacts from either Excel or CSV files. Everything is mapped properly. The account (or contact) owners are active and their names in the Excel or CSV files are spelled exactly the same as they are in Zoho.

When I upload the files, it does not load the account or contact owner in the files. Everything reverts to me, which takes additional time to mass update. It looks like it should work, but doesn't and I would like to eliminate this step. I believe there is a problem that needs to be fixed.
