I am trying to convince our Company to extend our limited usage of Zoho CRM. The primary objection is that our company may not be able to access the data entered in Zoho at a later date should we ever stop using the product.
Could someone please advise as to how we could obtain our data in the event we stop subscribing to Zoho CRM and clarify the ownership of that data. In addition, would our data be deleted from the system once we de-activated our account?
