Page layout drag and drop is broken.

I've used the drag and drop layout organizer awhile ago and it worked fine.  Today i needed to add some product fields and rearrange some.  So i went to the Products settings and open the "Edit Page Layout" page and tried to drag available fields into the page layout.  They would drag but not stick to the page.  Dragging fields from the page to the available fields area and rearranging fields already on the page works in FF but not in IE.  Dragging from the "Available fields" box does not work in either FF nor IE.

I tried FF 3.0.6 and IE7.

This is a major bug.  Please take a look.
