Page Not Found while trying to create a Refresh and Access token

Greetings,
I have managed to get a grant token following an authentication guide, but when I use the code to make the POST call in https://accounts.zoho.com/oauth/v2/token?, I get the error below as a response in html format:

Page not found
The page you are trying to access doesn't exist. Please check if the URL is correct.

Any insight on what causes this and how to solve it?
