New account, paid a full year (after trying your service with a separate free account). Over the last 24+ hours, we have tried to contact you to no avail, not even an acknowledgement of our requests.
After four support requests (two via your website and two via Gmail to your recommended Support address), there has been NO RESPONSE from your Support. So perhaps this Forum may help.
- Sunday - set up account and sent nine (9) mails to test SPF/DKIM/DMARC . Seven to our own Gmail accounts and two to an email testing service.
- Monday- sent eight (8) mails to clients, two were responses to received mails
- Monday afternoon - Account blocked with no explanation. An "infinite" block which cannot be unblocked by the Administrator. Dashboard says the reason is "unkown."
There is no misuse or abuse at all, not even close:
- Mails are transactional (22 received to 6 initiated demonstrates that)
- no bounces
- single recepient per mail
- no attachments
- no html, no links, no images
- normal content - go ahead and read them (there are only 8!), they are clearly transactional business mails, no marketing or sales at all
You have our credit card info and mobile phone number, so clearly not anonymous to you, and easily traceable.
So why did you block the account? And what can be done about it?
