Parent Account/ Member Account and Hierarchy

Parent Account/ Member Account and Hierarchy

I was creating Hierarchy for Accounts (e.g - Hospital, Clinic, Department, etc.) . Let's say Level 1, 2, 3. I used 'Parent Account' lookup field to define
  1. Level 3 parent account = Level 2. 
  2. Leve 2 parent account = Level 1
I want to see the full hierarchy (parent, child) when I check Level 2 Account.
I thought It was supposed to be in 'Hierarchy' related list but Hierarchy doesn't show Parent-Child accounts as well. I'm able to see Child account in 'Member Accounts' related list. I can't see Parent Account. 
Pls suggest what needs to be troubleshoot?
