Dear Zoho community,

Use case Real Estate broker. Want to form parent child relationship for Properties which will have multiple Listings. The Property will be the 1 constant in the background - 'Master Record' and each new lease will be a new Listing, might also be a Sales Listing. 

Additionally I want all the fields to sync between Property & Listing, when a field is updated in one, it is reflected in the other.

How do I achieve this? It's not a straight forward look up relationship is it...
