I wanted to let you know that we utilize parentheses in all of our product names in Zoho CRM.
Zoho Desk has recently removed support for parentheses as part of product names when a product is added via the API. I want to ensure that Zoho CRM does not have the same intention and plans to continue support for parentheses as part of Product Names.
We also would like to advocate that parentheses be supported in product names in Zoho Desk, especially as there will soon be a new feature added to Zoho that will allow for a Product sync between Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk. Therefore as part of that sync, parentheses and all special characters should be supported in product names.
