Parse info from email to Zohodesk fields
We have a support form on our website that sends an email to the zoho desk, as follows:
Contact_Name: Jane Smith
Building: 'Building name' (from drop down box on web form)
Subject: Single line text
Service_Issue: Free text description.
Is there any way to have the ticket's contact details set to Contact_Name and email addres set from Contact_Email?
Note, all inbound mail is from the same address on our webpage, so cannot take the contact email from that.
We have set up some custom fields, e.g. Building, and it would be nice to parse that over too. We used to beable to parse email details when we used sharepoint for this, is it possible to do with Zohodesk?
