We would like to inform you about a partial outage that we have experienced in one of the clusters in Zoho Desk. The partial outage occurred between 9:26 CEST 2 May 2023 and 15:59 CEST on the same day, and the slowness persisted until 17:18 CEST 2 May 2023.
While we were able to identify and fix the root cause of the issue yesterday, it has resurfaced today (10:01 CEST to 12:03 CEST) due to unforeseen circumstances. We have taken several measures to restore the service, and at this moment, it appears to be stable. Our team is closely monitoring the system for any potential slowness issues.
We acknowledge that this issue has caused inconvenience and would like to express our gratitude for your patience and understanding.
