I have contacted support several times over this issue and it is so frustrating that I haven't got a clear answer as of yet.
In the past I have tried to log into my Zoho Mail account online. I use the same password that logs into my zoho mobile app and Apple Mail. However, it says my password is wrong and needs resetting.
I then proceed to reset the password so I can log into my online Zoho account. it get's reset and I can log into my mail account online. I copy that password and try to log into my mail account and zoho mobile app but it says my password is wrong. This has happened so many times now, it's so frustrating!
How can my password be different for online then the other apps I use?
