Password not accepted for IMAP access

Password not accepted for IMAP access

Hi, I've setup a second mail account as such "support@mydomain.com". I'm trying to setup up IMAP access to it from Fogbugz with no success. So I tried Outlook 2007 and still nothing. IMAP is enabled in the mail account and set up as per the wiki description but it seems to be failing on the user name and password. 
Any ideas?
