Hello,
I recently came to the service and set up four email accounts. All were configured in Outlook and all worked until this morning. I checked one of the accounts and it will not accept the password which had not been changed. I tried changing the account password, however, Outlook will not accept it. I can sign in to the account via the web using the new password just fine. All of the other accounts in Outlook have continued to work - no issues. Again, all settings are the same for each account and have not been changed. Just the one account has developed an issue.
Any suggestions?
