Password reset not working

Password reset not working

I have changed my password 4 times and received the page saying the password was successfully change. I also received 4 confirmation emails that I can see on my phone. However, on my laptop, I am receiving "invalid password" each time I try to use the new password. I have NOT yet set up the new password on my phone, so the old password must still be working there. I have sent 2 help emails, but have not received a reply. I have cleared my cache and restarted my computer. The password reset function seems to be triggering a password reset email, but not actually taking the password reset.However, my old password is no longer working on my laptop either!
