I've always wondered about this, as I've experienced this issue for quite some time now.

Why don't the right-click Paste options work properly in Zoho Writer?

I can use Ctrl + V without any issue, but if I right-click and use one of the Paste menu options, I get the following error:

This is quite frustrating when I specifically don't want to keep the formatting and want to use options like “Paste Text Only” or one of the other paste options.

At the moment, my workaround is to paste the text into Notepad first, then copy it from Notepad and paste it into Zoho Writer.

What I find interesting is that on this page, help.zoho.com, I am able to right-click and choose “Paste as plain text,” and it works correctly. I also haven't really come across this issue in other web apps that I use.

Is Zoho Writer handling clipboard access differently from other Zoho apps or web apps?

It would be great if Zoho Writer could support these right-click paste options properly, especially “Paste Text Only,” as this is a common editing workflow.
