My CEO accidentaly changed the forecast type of our company while trying to set the forecast for 2016. The system works and as far as i understand, it deletes previous forecast information and starts afresh. Thankfully!! i have a data dump of the deleted data.
I have been literally struggling to reinstate the data for the past 3 days. All i get is questions regarding sequence of actions that i have taken that got me to this point! No news and i feel I am writing into a black hole.
I have been using the CRM for the past 3 years, but have not seen the support getting any better. I rather be a skunk than a customer who needs support from Zoho.
Can somebody please take some action!!!
