Have you folks considered a Pay as you go or pay per use pricing option for Meeting? There's only occasional times that my company needs desktop sharing or multi-person meetings and even the minimum subscription is not worth it for us--a start-up company. FreeConference and a few others have one-time payment options for the extra features like share desktop and meeting recording options.
