i upgrade my e-mail account @drugcenterjo.com  from a free account to a paid account to purchase 6 e-mail accounts with a value of $ 72 and actually i made the payment with payment reference number 2921254493555

The amount was paid from my credit card, and later a message was shown to me that the payment process had failed, knowing that the amount was paid from my credit card successfully 

and the account still not upgraded can you plz help
