Payment with chatbot?

Hi there

I want to add a chatbot to our website that will have an option to take payment for advice given.

Questions and answers would be pre built in with an option to manually contact an adviser if questions are not answered.

The flow would be

1. Person visits website from Google

2. Landing page chatbot offers service ie 1 question for x amount 5 questions answered for y amount and 10 questions answered for z amount.

3. Payment is made via stripe or PayPal in the chatbot

4. Visitor asks questions and after their question limit is reached it resets to ask if they require further services.

5. Answers are emailed to the visitor also

Is there a solution/bot system that can be tailored to meet this need?
