Payments calendar

Dear Zoho Team,

We use lots of your services (CRM, Business, Docs, Recruit, Projects etc.) with paid subscription for two of our organizations (different accounts).
The problem is that we registered each service at the time we needed it, so your system charges our Credit Card each month at least ten times for each organization and we don't know the dates.
We can't have thousands of dollars on our CC and have to plan our payments. Is it possible to have something like "payments tables" with date for each service so we would know when and how much we have to pay?
