PDF attachments not opened

PDF attachments not opened

I ge the following message when I try to open a file "Adobe Reader could not open the file because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged" Please let me know what the issue is as I am having more issues with accessing files from ZOHO after I upload them as attachments.
