I am looking for a solution to a problem and wondering if anyone can help or point me in the right direction.
right now when we send a contract to a client we open up the document in word and manually populate the fields with the data that is in the customers file. When then print it to a pdf and email it to the customer. I would like to automate that process where are sales reps can just click a button, choose a specific email, etc. and it would automatically generate the document and email to the client. Something like the email template, but is sent as an attachment instead.
